"Agent provided good customer service while purchasing the insurance. Agent was unhelpful, rude and unprofessional when my closed credit card due to fraud was charged and declined twice by State Farm even after I paid the insurance bill in full using a different credit card."

"Reem, let me lay this out simply so it makes sense. When your old card was closed for fraud, the automatic payments still tried to go through on that dead card, and they got declined. Those declines are what created the late fees, not anything our office did. As soon as you paid with your new card, our team jumped in and helped: we took one fee off, switched your card on file so it won’t happen again, and tried to get the rest removed too. The one charge that’s left comes from the company’s billing system, and it’s not something our local office is able to reverse, even though we tried. Our team really did everything we could here. Give me a call anytime and I’ll happily walk you through it step by step.
