"This company here is so freaking rude 😒. I had did a quote from this company and it came back good so we went for it. Danny, which is the write came back and gave us what suppose been all the details we need told us about Exam One, but never mentioned that they would only take blood pressure, but it was more then just blood pressure and we wasn't happy with that all because it was out of the blue. Danny goes and say oh, I'm unaware of what they do because it's a different company, but you got to realize you’ll use this company so you should know just what they would be doing period. So after all of this I requested for a refund back and it's been now over4 weeks now and we still don't have our money back. I sent an email to Danny, inquiring about the check and why is Exam One still call sending out email. I wrote him on the 3rd if March and he responded on the 6th of March this was after I was on the phone with him he goes to say lier calling me a lier. First off never said that all and that all he wanted to do is say you lier lierover the phone. I told him he is being very unprofessional at this time am the customer fir you to say these things how are you calling yourself professional am the customer not you. I ask for his boss name said Stuart was out of the office and the other boss Crissy will be in at 10:30. I left it along, but than he told her about it and she call. So to get this all together for you I wouldn't even use this company if this is how you will treat a company when they are getting insurance with you this is sad 😢."
